Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
All products are eligible for return, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.


Refund Methods

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds can be issued as:

  • A monetary refund to your original payment method,

  • Store credit, or

  • An exchange for another item of your choice.


Return Shipping Process

Before returning any product, please contact our customer support team at support@nomadlay.com to receive detailed return instructions.
Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.

In most cases, we cover the cost of return shipping.
However, if we determine that return requests are excessive or abusive, return shipping costs may be charged to the customer.


Processing Time

Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your returned item.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our support team immediately at support@nomadlay.com so that we can resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
